Is there a free trial?

Yes. New company owners receive a 14-day Pro trial that begins when the company workspace is created. No payment method is required to create the workspace, and email verification is required before onboarding continues.

What changes when I choose annual billing?

Annual billing covers 12 months for the price of 10. Monthly remains the default selection, and the full annual total is shown before checkout.

Can I change plans as the company grows?

Yes. Your company owner can review another tier from billing settings. Before a downgrade, ProBuilder OS checks seat and feature impact so records are preserved and nothing is removed automatically.

Do field and client users require office seats?

Client portal users do not consume office seats. Connected Pro and Client mobile builds are in release preparation; public store distribution and final field-seat packaging are not yet available.

Which capabilities can I use today?

CRM, lead ownership, total-price proposals, secure client proposal acceptance and signed receipts, project coordination, files, daily logs, custom-schedule invoices, and the client portal are available now. Pro and Business also include category budgets; committed, actual, and paid project-cost records; project and company earnings reports; and CSV cost export. AI-assisted proposal scope drafting is in a controlled rollout for selected eligible Pro and Business workspaces; the published monthly limits are maximums where it is enabled. Accounting, payroll, tax, accounts-payable and bank-reconciliation workflows, QuickBooks or other integrations, advanced automation, public mobile-store distribution, and offline field operation are not current capabilities.

Who can manage the subscription?

Only the verified company owner can manage the company plan and billing when paid activation is enabled. Other team members can view public plan details without changing company billing.
