Construction project management software
Keep schedules, crews, costs, and clients on the same page.
ProBuilder OS gives project managers a connected operating view from pre-construction through closeout. The team can see what is happening, who owns the next action, what changed, and where schedule or margin risk needs attention.
- See project status, progress, schedule, and financial health
- Coordinate tasks, daily logs, documents, and client decisions
- Keep an activity trail across office and field work
Operational clarity
A project plan only works when the team can act on it.
Residential jobs generate a constant stream of tasks, inspections, vendor dates, client decisions, field notes, expenses, photos, and scope changes. A weekly spreadsheet cannot keep those dependencies visible to everyone who needs them.
One project record
Keep the client, contract, dates, progress, assigned manager, budget signals, and current phase together.
Field work has context
Tasks and daily logs capture who was on site, what was completed, what arrived, what went wrong, and what comes next.
Clients see the right layer
Share progress, schedule updates, documents, approvals, payments, and messages without exposing internal operations.
Connected capabilities
Everything important stays attached to the work.
Use focused workflows for each responsibility without creating another isolated source of truth.
Project command center
See status, progress, contract value, important dates, assigned manager, project summary, and budget risk.
Task coordination
Assign work, priorities, due dates, dependencies, and statuses to the people responsible for moving the job.
Daily logs
Document weather, labor, completed work, material deliveries, issues, delays, notes, and next steps.
Schedule visibility
Connect project milestones, inspections, site visits, and team commitments in a shared operating view.
Financial control
Track contract amount, payments, expenses, change orders, gross profit, and forecast margin from the project.
Role-aware access
Give owners, salespeople, project managers, field leads, and clients the right view for their responsibilities.
Project lifecycle
Run the job from handoff through closeout.
Project information stays connected to its origin and gains operational detail as the work progresses.

Questions, answered
What contractors should know.
Who is ProBuilder OS project management built for?
The product is being built first for residential builders and remodelers whose office, sales, estimating, project management, field, and client workflows need to stay connected.
Can field teams submit daily logs?
Yes. Daily logs capture the date, weather, workers on site, work completed, materials delivered, issues, delays, notes, and next steps.
Does it include project financials?
Yes. Basic project payment and expense totals are available. Pro and Business add category budgets; committed, actual, and paid cost records for labor, materials, subcontractors, and miscellaneous work; project and role-scoped company earnings reports; and project-ledger CSV export. These are user-entered operational reports, not accounting or bank-reconciliation records.
Can clients access project information?
Yes. A separate client portal presents progress, schedule information, payments, shared documents, change orders, approvals, and messages without exposing the internal builder workspace.
