CURRENT PROPOSAL WORKFLOW
ProBuilder OS supports detailed total-price proposals, contractor-controlled payment schedules, secure authenticated client acceptance bound to the exact issued version, and downloadable signed receipts. Proposal acceptance requests preparation of a separate construction agreement; it does not authorize construction or replace that agreement.

CURRENT AI BOUNDARY
Selected eligible Pro and Business workspaces in the controlled rollout can generate an optional AI-assisted proposal scope draft from a contractor-written brief and limited project characteristics. A separate limited pilot can suggest selected counts from contractor-confirmed plan regions. Contractors must review every AI-assisted result. Other AI assistance remains roadmap work.

CURRENT FINANCIAL WORKFLOW
Pro and Business workspaces can set category budgets and record labor, materials, subcontractor, and miscellaneous costs as commitments or actuals. Reports show paid costs, forecast final cost, project and role-scoped company earnings, and CSV cost export. These are contractor-entered operational records, not accounting, payroll, tax, accounts-payable, bank-reconciliation, or audited financial statements.

SETTINGS BOUNDARY
Current admin settings cover the company profile and proposal branding fields, including logo, license details, insurance summary, and estimate footer. Custom workflows, multi-location controls, and broad integration settings remain roadmap items.

MOBILE AVAILABILITY
Purpose-built Pro and Client mobile experiences are connected to the authenticated platform. Authorized Pro users can review a role-scoped project financial overview; invited clients can securely review and accept the exact issued proposal and access its signed receipt. Public Apple App Store and Google Play distribution remains in preparation.
